División de Ofertas Públicas. A la División de Ofertas Públicas le corresponde desarrollar las siguientes funciones

Elaborar los estudios financieros, económicos y jurídicos necesarios para decidir sobre la autorización de las ofertas públicas de valores.

Impulsar el trámite de las solicitudes de ofertas públicas de valores.

Revisar las solicitudes de aprobación de programas publicitarios.

Las demás que se le asignen de acuerdo con la naturaleza de la dependencia.
