Todos los Suboficiales en servicio activo dejaran de su sueldo mensual y a favor de la Caja de Retiro de Suboficiales, el dos por cientos (2 por 100), el que cobrara la caja a la tesorería general de la Republica por medio de relaciones que enviaran los Contadores del Ejercito a la Sección de Sueldos de retiro el día último del mes correspondiente.
