Los Administradores de Hacienda se descargarán en sus cuentas de la vigencia expresada del valor del papel habilitado para la nueva vigencia conforme al artículo 4º de este Decreto, y del valor del papel anulado y de las estampillas incineradas, conforme al artículo 5º del mismo, y comprobarán el descargo con la relación y el acta de que hablan los mismos artículos.
