Artículo primero. El Proveedor del Ministerio de Agricultura tendrá a su cargo la adquisición, dentro y fuera del país, de todos los elementos, útiles, maquinaria y .equipos que necesite el Ministerio para todas sus oficinas y dependencias, de conformidad con las formalidades que para el Jefe de la Sección de Proveeduría y Almacenes se señalan en los Decretos extraordinarios números 1842 de 1944 y 1784 de 1948.
