° Corrígese el artículo 11 de la Ley 7ª de 1990, en el sentido de que la remisión que él hace al artículo octavo (8°) de la misma norma, debe entenderse hecha en el artículo noveno (9°) de ella que trata de las obligaciones presupuestales que la ley creó a cargo de la Nación.
