Ley 1 de 1992 · por la cual se provee la organización y funcionamiento de las juntas administradoras locales, en el Distrito Capital.

El respectivo Alcalde Local será el Representante Legal del Fondo. Hará las veces de Junta Directiva del mismo la correspondiente Junta Administradora Local. El Alcalde Mayor expedirá el estatuto de los Fondos.

Con cargo a los recursos del fondo no se sufragarán gastos de personal. Las funciones técnicas y administrativas necesarias para su normal operación serán cumplidas por los funcionarios que el Alcalde Mayor y otras entidades distritales pongan a disposición de la respectiva localidad.
