Quienes pretendan acogerse al derecho consagrado en el

Parágrafo 1

. del artículo 7º. de la Ley 51 de 1975 deberán acreditar oportunamente ante el Ministerio de Educación Nacional la vinculación a uno de los medios de comunicación y el tiempo en que han desarrollado esta actividad. Al efecto, el interesado deberá enviar al Ministerio de Educación Nacional las certificaciones mediante las cuales acredite el ejercicio de su actividad periodística, dentro de los noventa días siguientes a la fecha de expedición del presente Decreto.
