Publicidad del acto administrativo. El acto administrativo proferido por el Incoder, o quien haga sus veces, mediante el cual se ordene la apertura de matrícula inmobiliaria de predios baldíos de propiedad de la Nación será publicitado de conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 65 y siguientes de la Ley 1437 de 2011.

Artículo 2.2.6.15.5. Publicidad del acto administrativo. El acto administrativo proferido por el Incoder, o quien haga sus veces, mediante el cual se ordene la apertura de matrícula inmobiliaria de predios baldíos de propiedad de la Nación será publicitado de conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 65 y siguientes de la Ley 1437 de 2011.
