El Ministerio de Educación Nacional, conforme con el Plan de Reorganización del Sector Educativo presentado por los Departamentos para la vigencia fiscal de 2001, hará la evaluación a los compromisos establecidos en la Matriz de Seguimiento del Plan que se suscriba. Dicha Matriz podrá ser ajustada de acuerdo con las metas financieras proyectadas en cada uno de los departamentos, a quienes se les financien plantas del personal docente a su cargo.
