Art. 2.° Los límites del Territorio de la Nevada serán los que tenian los antiguos distritos de San Antonio, San Miguel, Marocaso, Rosario, Atanques i San Sebastian de Rábago. I los límites del Territorio de los Motilones serán los que dividen a los Estados Unidos de Colombia con los Estados Unidos de Venezuela, por el oriente, i por el occidente quedará limitando dicho Territorio con los antiguos distritos de Jobo, Palmira, Espíritu Santo i Becerril.
