Autorizase al Ministerio de Correos y Telégrafos para invertir directamente las partidas incorporadas en el Presupuesto de esta vigencia y las que se incorporen en la de 1948, con destino a la construcción de líneas telegráficas y telefónicas y compra de materiales para las mismas, rindiendo de ellos cuenta como corresponde.
