Artículo segundo . En ejercicio de las atribuciones conferidas al Gobierno Nacional por el

Parágrafo 4

del artículo 12 de la Ley 5º de 1973, facúltase a las entidades que presten asistencia técnica para cada caso los honorarios. correspondientes, siempre que para su determinación se incluya un porcentaje sobre el valor del respectivo préstamo.
