FACULTADES DE LAS AUTORIDADES SANITARIAS. Las autoridades sanitarias competentes podrán

a)

Ordenar y efectuar las medidas de desinfección, desinsectación o desratización cuando lo estimen conveniente o necesario;

b)

Ordenar la suspensión de trabajos y de servicios cuando impliquen peligro sanitario para los individuos y la comunidad;

c)

Retener o poner en depósito objetos que constituyan riesgos sanitarios para las personas o la comunidad, y

d)

Ordenar la desocupación o desalojo de establecimientos o viviendas cuando amenacen la salud de las personas. LIBRO CUARTO. REGIMEN DE PERSONAL
