° La Junta creada en Caloto por el artículo 3. ° de la Ley 29 de 1911ejercerá sus funciones hasta que el camino de que se ocupa la presente Ley llegue al río Cauca. Cuando los trabajos se emprendan de la orilla izquierda de dicho río hacia Cali, en la citada ciudad se nombrará y funcionará una Junta que tenga las mismas atribuciones que la de Caloto.
