Compete al Secretario General del Ministerio de Trabajo y Seguridad Social, ordenar el pago de los derechos y prestaciones reconocidos con arreglo a este decreto, cuando se trate del pago por primera vez de pensiones de jubilación cuyo monto mensual sea inferior a 20 salarios mínimos legales mensuales, o de prestaciones de otra clase cuyo monto no supere el de 100 salarios mínimos legales mensuales. En los demás casos, la solicitud de ordenación del pago deberá tener la previa aprobación del Comité de Apoyo Técnico, Jurídico y de Seguimiento.
