La adhesión de Colombia al Convenio Internacional del Azúcar, 1977 se efectúa con un tonelaje básico de exportación de doscientos ochenta mil (280.000) toneladas en 1980 y los tonelajes básicos de exportación para los años 1981 y 1982 se determinarán de acuerdo con la fórmula establecida en el artículo 34 (2) (c) (ii) y (iii) del Convenio Internacional del Azúcar, 1977, con la excepción de que para el cálculo del tonelaje básico de exportación correspondiente al año de 1981, únicamente se tomará en cuenta el promedio de los resultados relativos que haya obtenido Colombia en materia de exportación en 1979 y 1980.
