En el caso del artículo anterior, el Director del manicomio debe informar mensualmente a la Dirección General de Prisiones acerca de las condiciones en que se encuentra el condenado. Si en concepto de los Médicos Legislas el condenado ha recobrado la salud, la Dirección General de Prisiones dispondrá que sea trasladado de nuevo a un establecimiento penitenciario.
