º Los ferrocarriles de propiedad nacional establecerán en sus tarifas, desde el 1º de enero próximo en adelante, una rebaja del cincuenta por ciento (50 por 100) a los estudiantes que viajen por esas vías, cuando lo hacen en uso de sus vacaciones, para lo cual los respectivos Gerentes exigirán las formalidades que crean convenientes Comuníquese y publíquese.
