º. Calificación. Para los efectos de este Decreto cuando se exija calificación, la misma deberá ser otorgada por una sociedad calificadora de valores autorizada por la Superintendencia de Valores o por una sociedad calificadora de valores que opere en el extranjero, de amplia trayectoria internacional a juicio de la Superintendencia Bancaria, y no podrá ser inferior a la que establezca la Superintendencia Bancaria.
