Para darle cumplimiento a la presente ley, destínase la suma de veinte mil pesos ($ 20.000) moneda corriente, que se apropiarán en la próxima vigencia, quedando el Gobierno autorizado para abrir los créditos respectivos, si no se hiciere la apropiación correspondiente.
