Art. 2.° En atención á que la nueva clasificación demanda más trabajo y vigilancia, y á que hay imperiosa necesidad de degollar mayor número de reses diariamente, la Secretaria de Hacienda procederá á dividir el trabajo de la Carnicería oficial entre dos contratistas que deberán matar el ganado por iguales partes, dando cada uno la cuenta diaria y detallada de las operaciones que ejecute; y modificará el contrato existente de acuerdo con las disposiciones de este decreto y con las necesidades actuales.
