Artículo tercero. Los empleados de que trata el artículo anterior no necesitarán nueva posesión de sus cargos, y procederán a recibir, por inventario, los bienes de propiedad nacional que se encuentran en poder del doctor Jaime Plata Bermúdez, de los señores Enrique Trujillo, José María García y Julio Castro Díaz, cuyos cargos quedarán suprimidos a partir del 1° de abril del presente año.
