Art. 16. Los asilados o emigrados que no cumplieren con lo prevenido en los artículos 1º y 2º de esta Ley, una vez averiguada su condición por la autoridad política, se le considerará por el mismo hecho comprendidos en el inciso 1º, artículo 9º y se procederá respecto de ellos, sin dilación alguna, como queda prevenido en el artículo 10.
