Art. 172. Los Conjueces del Tribunal Superior ó de la Corte Suprema sorteados para conocer en un negocio judicial no podrán separarse de su conocimiento hasta que haya terminado completamente la respectiva instancia ó recurso, aunque concluya ó haya concluido el período para el cual fueron elegidos.
