º. Modificar el artículo 2º de Decreto 2414 de 1998, el cual quedará así: "Artículo 2º. Conceder plazo hasta el treinta y uno (31) de mayo de mil novecientos noventa y nueve (1999) para que las personas que se encuentren en mora en el pago de sus cotizaciones al Fondo de Solidaridad Pensional, se pongan al día".
