La Tarjeta de Operación es un documento expedido por el Instituto Nacional del Transporte, mediante el cual se autoriza a un vehículo automotor para prestar el transporte terrestre público de carga. En la Tarjeta de Operación se indicarán las especificaciones técnicas del vehículo.
