Adicionar el Artículo 2.1.1.9.7 al Capítulo 9 del Título 1 de la Parte 1 del Libro 2 del Decreto 1821 de 2020, el cual quedará así: “Artículo 2.1.1.9.7. Homologación de conceptos de gasto a 31 de diciembre de 2020. La homologación de los conceptos de gasto para los proyectos de inversión registrados a 31 de diciembre de 2020 debe ser realizada por las respectivas Secretarías Técnicas, oficinas de planeación o quien haga sus veces, en el Banco de Proyectos de Inversión del Sistema General de Regalías, para lo cual dispondrán de la opción habilitada en este sistema hasta el 31 de diciembre de 2021”.
