El Contingente Establecido En El Artículo 2º Del Presente Decreto Ingresará Al Territorio Aduanero Colombiano Con El Arancel Que Corresponda De Acuerdo Con La Franja De Precios Del Arroz Blanco Del Sistema Andino De Franjas De Precios O Sus Modificaciones

º. El contingente establecido en el artículo 2º del presente decreto ingresará al territorio aduanero colombiano con el arancel que corresponda de acuerdo con la Franja de Precios del Arroz Blanco del Sistema Andino de Franjas de Precios o sus modificaciones. Dicho contingente será determinado, reglamentado y administrado por el Ministerio de Agricultura y Desarrollo Rural, previo concepto del Comité de Asuntos Aduaneros, Arancelarios y de Comercio Exterior.

Parágrafo

Una vez agotado el contingente, se aplicará el arancel de que trata el artículo 1 º del presente decreto.
