Negación o revocatoria de los mecanismos sustitutivos de la pena privativa de la libertad. El juez penal militar de ejecución de penas y medidas de seguridad podrá revocar o negar los mecanismos sustitutivos de la pena privativa de la libertad con base en la prueba indicada de la causa que origina la decisión.

De la prueba se dará traslado por tres (3) días al condenado, quien durante los diez (10) días siguientes al vencimiento de este término podrá presentar las explicaciones que considere pertinentes.

La decisión deberá adoptarse dentro de los diez (10) días siguientes por auto motivado.
