El Gobierno hará practicar los estudios técnicos necesarios para la ejecución de las obras estables que más tarde hayan de llevarse a cabo para mantener expedido el canal de que se trata en esta Ley. También hará estudiar la posibilidad de construir un pequeño muelle en la mencionada población, como complemento de tales obras.
