ARTICULO 3.6.1.4.- MONTO MINIMO DE SUSCRIPCION. Todo fondo de inversión deberá tener, en un plazo máximo de seis (6) meses contados a partir de la fecha de su constitución, un monto mínimo de suscripciones equivalente a dos veces el capital mínimo exigido para constituir una sociedad administradora de inversión de conformidad con el presente Estatuto.
