Desaparecidos en misiones del servicio. Al Agente de Policía de la Policía Nacional en servicio activo que desapareciere en misión del servicio Q en mantenimiento del orden público sin que se vuelva a tener noticias de él durante treinta (30) días, se le tendrá como provisionalmente desaparecido con los fines determinados en este capitulo, declaración que harán las respectivas autoridades previa la investigación correspondiente, de conformidad con reglamentación que expida el Gobierno.
