Obligación Servicio. El Suboficial que ascienda a Oficial, habiendo cursado sus estudios en comisión como tal, tendrá la obligación de servir en la nueva jerarquía un tiempo igual al doble del que hubiere durado en Comisión. En caso de incumplimiento pagará a la Escuela de formación de oficiales la suma a que se refiere el inciso segundo del artículo anterior, entro de las condiciones en él establecidas, por cada año que dejare de servir.
