° Los Empleados Públicos de la Policía Nacional que reúnan los requisitos establecidos en el Decreto-Ley 2247 de 1984, podrán ser promovidos dentro de las diferentes categorías sin exceder el número de la planta fijada en el presente Decreto, siempre y cuando la disponibilidad presupuestal así lo permita.
