Avisos de ley. El funcionario investigador dará aviso a la Procuraduría General de la Nación de la apertura de las investigaciones administrativas disciplinarias. Igualmente cumplirá con los mecanismos de control establecidos para las respectivas dependencias investigadoras. En cualquier estado de la investigación, cuando se observare que la conducta materia de la investigación pueda constituir infracción a la ley penal, el investigador formulará la correspondiente denuncia.
