Artículo primero. A partir de la fecha del presente Decreto, créase el cargo de Ingeniero Interventor de la interventoría de las obras contratadas con el Departamento de Caldas, para la reconstrucción y construcción del sector Pueblo Rico-Tadó, de la carretera Pueblo Rico-Tadó-Las Animas, con una asignación mensual de mil trescientos pesos moneda corrriente ($ 1.300.00) , suma que se cubrirá con cargo al Capítulo 134, artículo 2819 del Presupuesto de Gastos vigente.
