ARTICULO 26º. REPARTO DE PROCESOS. Una vez integrado el Tribunal de conformidad con lo dispuesto en este Decreto, se procederá a hacer reparto general de los procesos. En la Sección Segunda se repartirán los procesos laborales que se encuentren a Despacho para fallo entre los Magistrados que la integran. Con todo, en el evento de que no hubiere suficientes asuntos a Despacho, en el reparto entrarán también los que se hallen en etapa de sustanciación.
