GASTOS OPERATIVOS. El "Fondo Bucaramanga 400 años" podrá destinar recursos a gastos operativos y de administración que sean necesarios y estén relacionados con comisiones y gastos fiduciarios, selección, evaluación, aprobación, seguimiento, supervisión e interventoría de la contratación de bienes, servicios, actividades, programas y proyectos que sean requeridos para la conmemoración de los cuatrocientos (400) años de fundación de la ciudad de Bucaramanga, en cumplimiento del objeto del fondo.
