Cuando el recurso de reposición se formule por escrito, vencido el término para impugnar la decisión, se mantendrá en Secretaría por dos (2) días en traslado a la Procuraduría si está interviniendo según lo previsto en el inciso 1º del artículo 71, de lo cual se dejará constancia. Surtido el traslado, se decidirá el recurso.
