° La suma a que se refiere el artículo primero del presente Decreto será entregada al Síndico del Hogar Infantil de Santa Teresita, y su inversión será dirigida y controlada por una Junta compuesta por el Gobernador y el Director Departamental de Higiene de Santander y el Alcalde Mayor de Bucaramanga.
