SUSPENSIÓN DE ARRESTO. El correctivo de arresto severo puede ser suspendido en su ejecución por el superior, en caso de presentarse enfermedad o calamidad doméstica grave previamente comprobada, lo mismo que por necesidades del servicio. El infractor quedará obligado, una vez superada la novedad, a cumplir lo que resta del correctivo.
