Los universitarios y normalistas superiores, reservistas, de las primeras categorías, una vez obtenida su libreta podrán pedir su ingreso a las Escuelas de Armas como aspirantes a Oficiales de reserva. Este derecho expira cinco años después de expedida la libreta.
