Modifíquese el

Parágrafo 1

del artículo 2.9.1.1.11 del Decreto 2555 de 2010, el cual quedará así: "

Parágrafo 1

Bonos y títulos hipotecarios. Los bonos y títulos hipotecarios de que trata el artículo 30 de la Ley 546 de 1999, que cuenten con garantía total del Gobierno Nacional, a través del Fondo de Garantías de Instituciones Financieras- FOGAFIN o del Fondo Nacional de Garantías- FNG, computarán al cero por ciento (0%).".
