Autorizase al Gobierno para recibir en pago de los alcances que la Contraloría General de la Republica deduzca al señor Sergio Ruiz R., bienes muebles e inmuebles, mediante el avalúo hecho por peritos, nombrados unos por el Gobierno y otro por el interesado. En caso de discordia, él señor Contralor General de la Republica nombrara el perito tercero.
