° Cuando la importancia del servicio lo justifique, a juicio del Gobierno, podrá éste designar un Inspector, cuyo sueldo se fijará de acuerdo con el concesionario. Será de cargo del concesionario el pago de la asignación mensual de dicho empleado y el suministro de un receptor adecuado para la vigilancia del servicio.
