º . Las condiciones de los créditos, de que trata el artículo anterior, se establecerán por la Comisión Nacional de Crédito Agropecuaria. Con el fin de asegurar el acceso democrático de los productores agropecuarios a los mencionados recursos, la Comisión Nacional de Crédito Agropecuario establecerá criterios que garanticen el cumplimiento de dicho objetivo.
