º. NATURALEZA JURIDICA. El Banco de Colombia es una sociedad de Economía Mixta, del orden nacional, vinculada al Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público, mientras el Banco se encuentre sometido al régimen especial de nacionalización. La tutela será ejercida por dicho Ministerio a través de la vinculación mencionada. Los accionistas particulares no tienen derecho a participar en la administración del Banco.
