º . Sólo cuando el Ministerio de Minas y Energía autorice la construcción de la Interconexión Internacional de Gas Natural, el Transportador podrá acogerse a los beneficios de utilidad pública, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 4º del Decreto 1056 de 1953, Código de Petróleos.
