Artículo tercero. La Oficina de Control de Cambios, para aceptar cualquier licencia de importación de cebada malteada o malta, exigirá el correspondiente recibo expedido por el Banco de la República, en que conste el pago de la cuota establecida en el artículo primero de este Decreto.
