º Dicha Seccion se mantendrá como está prevenido en el artículo 4.° del decreto número 165 de 1876 (20 de abril), bajo la Inspeccion inmediata del Director jeneral de Correos i Telégrafos nacionales, quien podrá, cuando lo crea conveniente, recorrerla i visitar sus oficinas, por sí o por medio de uno de los empleados de la Direccion o de la Oficina telegráfica de Bogotá, asignándole tiempo dentro del cual deba desempeñar su comision i la cantidad necesaria para sus gastos de trasporte.
